You should pay the first night of stay at the confirmation time.
Cancellation connected to more than 14 days before arrival date: no expenses. Your deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation 14 days or less prior the arrival date, the paid deposit will be invoiced as a cancellation penalty.
No show: the paid amount will be invoiced as a penalty.
Early check out: total amount will be charged as a penalty.
